Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xulrunner-1.9.1
This package should build python-xpcom, like it does in Debian. Python-
xpcom is not widely used in Ubuntu, but it is required for the emerging
pyjamas-desktop application that is already in Debian testing. Building
it yourself requires 3GB of disk space and takes a lot of time, while
only a tiny piece of the result (<500kb) is needed.
If python-xpcom still causes epiphany-browser to crash, a Conflict:
epiphany-browser just on the python-xpcom package as is done in Debian
seems an acceptable work around to me. This even allows people just to
extract the python library from the package and stash it elsewhere (it
is relocatable).
** Affects: xulrunner-1.9.1 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
