Hi,
Kickoff is a hudge change, since it requires rebuilding kdebase from another
branch.
Too late and critical for feisty at that develompment state, that should
require a spec for implementation.
By the way, feisty+1 should have kde4, so let's say kubuntu will never have
kickoff ;)
On the other hand, lots of people seem not to appreciate it too much...
