Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: software-center
1) Ubuntu 9.10
2) package software-center version 1.0.2
3) I have upgraded from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10. Open Ubuntu Software Center.
Expected to see thousands of free software packages for me to install. Also
expected to see the software packages that I have already installed on my
system.
4) Instead I see 0 items available, both when I click on "Get free software"
and "Installed software".
NB: Synaptic Package Manager works just fine
