I'm sorry you encoutered a problem with Ubuntu One. I believe the source
of the problem is the following:
[bandwidth_throttling]
on = True
read_limit = -1
write_limit = -1
We're working on a better way of handling this, but for now if you could
go into the configuration UI (right click on the Ubuntu One icon in the
status tray or Applications>>Internet>>Ubuntu One) and either uncheck
the Bandwidth throttling option or set the upload and download rates to
something other than -1 or 0, it should work correctly.
