Found the following on kubuntu karmic koala (kde).
Please *exactly* reproduce the following steps:
- move the mouse pointer over the volume control in the task bar
- use the mouse wheel to adjust volume
- click the left mouse button
A popup with the volume control appears.
- Now click anywhere on the desktop.
Bug: The volume control does not close.
(The bug only occurs if the mouse wheel has - as described above - been
used on the icon before clicking the icon.)
