I'm sitting on a Dell Precision M65 laptop with built in sound card of
type Sigmatel.
lspci is telling me
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High
Definition Audio Controller (rev 01)
When pressing sound capture test in Sound Preferences the rather obscure
error popup appears with the text:
gconfaudiosrc ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink profile =
chat: Could not open resource for writing.
