Ls colors are setup in the user's .bashrc by calling /usr/bin/dircolors,
which is in coreutils.

That said, this appears to be fixed in Karmic, as I've just created two
files, TEST.ogg and TEST.oga, and they both exhibit a pleasant teal
color in my ls output.

I'm not sure what status this should have at this point, so I'm marking
it confirmed and deferring to the more experienced triagers.
