So should we create 2 .debs, say

frostwire-x.y.z.deb
frostwire-bin-libs.x.y.z.deb

And make frostwire-bin-libs.x.y.z a requirement for frostwire-x.y.z.deb
?

(between us, wouldn't that be the same thing at the end but in two
steps?)
