Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: file-roller
File Roller (like Eye of GNOME, Nautilus etc.) provides a useful "Open With..."
functionality through contextual menu.
But unlike other GNOME applications, it doesn't lead to a submenu displaying a
choice of applications but requieres to open a dedicated window to choose the
application which is far less practical
See screenshots attached : current File Roller which opens a dedicated
window vs Nautilus which handles this through menus
