Public bug reported:
When I boot and logon, the tray applet for network manager is a black
square. (See image, just above mouse cursor)
A right click on this black square doesn't bring up the netman menu,
just the tray's.
Removing the notification area from the panel and adding it back
resolves the problem, I have to do this at every boot.
