It mostly freezes before the login in screen .It happens at the kububtu
boot up progress blue line or just after the line has finished on the black
screen.

You are getting random freezes? This is a very difficult situation to debug.
Here is what would help us:
-tell us where the freezing happens on boot, before login
-start your system and leave it at the login for several minutes. Does it
freeze there?
-restart your system and login. Launch no applications. Leave it running for
several minutes. Does it freeze there?
