You have to stop them yourself!
If you keep receiving mails, then you are subscribed to at least one bug.
Honest! It may be difficult to find out which one it is...
People usually try to unsubscribe from bug #429322, because it is the
reference bug mentioned in all the mails received. But that's not the right
solution. You are probably not even subscribed to that bug.
99% of the times, the bug you are subscribed to is the bug that you reported
yourself (or bugs, if you reported the error more than once). How to find
it? Well, you will have to go to your personal Launchpad page, get into the
"Bugs" section and search for it. Remember to unmark the "Hide duplicate"
options. You have the detailed instructions in my previous message:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/seahorse-
plugins/+bug/465391/comments/21
This has worked for everyone, so it will work for you too. Do not hesitate
to ask for help if you can't find the bug you are subscribed to.

After upgrading to 9.10, the top and bottom panels work. But the desktop in
between is a solid BLACK. However, clicking in the black precisely on icons
which should be there, make them open. And clicking on "Log Out" in the panel,
makes the desktop background appear for about a fraction of a second before the
logout operation is finished!
