You said you can reproduce this bug when using lp:zeitgeist-filesystem. If this is a bug in the development branch rather than the version available from the repositories, you should report this bug against the project Zeitgeist, <https://launchpad.net/zeitgeist>, because this bug is Invalid for Ubuntu. Zeitgeist is still under heavy development and subject to rapid changes. Maybe this bug has already been fixed.
