Why should it be specific to a special iconset?
If anything, it is specific to a special feature the oxygen and humanity
(and probably loads of other) themes either have or lack.
With which icon theme does this work for you? Note that this is a Karmic
Bug, everything worked for me up to Jaunty!

moz-icon://stock/* works still fine!
