to help you further, we need some more information.
You wrote: "It also says it cannot...". what program is "It"? It would
also be useful to copy and paste error messages and/or include a
screenshot of the error message (by pressing the Print Screen button on
your keyboard). Also, an exact copy of the error message regarding file
permissions and/or corruption is important as well.

When i try to play mp3 music it requires a certain download but adobe
flashplayer will not load and i can't find where to uninstall in case it is
installed and corrupted.
