Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xnest

Howto reproduce:

Open two terminals. In one terminal, do the following:

export MCOOKIE=$(mcookie)
xauth add $HOSTNAME/unix:2 . $MCOOKIE
Xnest :2

In the other, do the following:
export DISPLAY=:2
gcalctool (or some other application which demonstrates where the mouse is
pointing)

Expected result:
Should be able to move mouse around in Xnest window and hit the calculator keys
easily.

Actual result:
The mouse click events on gcalctool don't seem to register.

The end result of this bug is that sabayon doesn't work correctly (in
feisty fawn current as of Sat. Feb 24 00:57 EST: xnest 1.1.1-0ubuntu1).
I know for a fact that this was working correctly in edgy.

** Affects: xorg-server (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
