Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
New version from debian incorporates the only ubuntu change. So can be
synced again.
Changelog since current lucid version 0.40ubuntu1:
d-shlibs (0.41) unstable; urgency=low
* glibc-2.10 on armel introduces new dynamic linker and breaks
d-devlibdeps, thanks to Matthias Klose (Closes: #548626).
