Sorry to hear Ubuntu One wasn't working properly for you. I'm glad the
files synchronized, although rather late. Right now the best way to get
files added via the web to sync with a client is to restart the Ubuntu
One client. We're working on fixing this so you don't have a long delay
or have to do this workaround.
