Exactly the same thing has happened to me, as above: I am attempting to get MailWasher Pro v6.53 (MWP) (WinXP) to run. I can get MWP to open. However, when I attempt to create the email account(s) and, when I begin entering my email address -- typing "[email protected]", Ubuntu errors with the following message: "An internal error has occured: Cryptic error message JX24. Note: you have not done anything wrong." Also, I am unable to CLEAR these error message windows and likewise, can not close the MWP application. The only way to clear this is by RESTARTING Ubuntu and beginning anew
