Thanks for reply.This has happened once before but now the problem has gone again.It's the My3/Three.co.uk website and happened when clicking on the "Check my usage" box.If no account, then best to use Three.co,uk in main search box not Google or whatever.Keep up the good work! It's still beyond me.
