You have totally missed the point of this bug and have closed it
prematurely in typical QA incompetence fashion.

If my system does not start the bar and cairo dock up in the right
order, I will constantly have to remove and readd my task bar.

You haven't put any thought to the problem I put forward or viewed it as
an opportunity to accommodate a potential use case.

I find your handling of this issue very disappointing.
