The bug you've reported is a duplicate of bug #451408 and I've marked is at
such. Please follow the conversation in the other bug instead.
I've copied a newer version of Devhelp, 2.28.1, from Debian and put it
in a PPA. If you could, would you please test it and leave a note on the
results in the master bug, bug #451408? The PPA is ppa:qense/devhelp and
can be found at https://launchpad.net/~qense/+archive/devhelp
