Ok, first of all thank you for the support.
I create the ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file and I added the two lines
you suggested me so its content is simply:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
Nothing happened. I added a folder to the ubuntu one folder but the syncing
(cloudy icon) was going ahead for more than an hour (the folder is just 169 kB)
then I stopped it. On the web all the folders continue to be empty.
