Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

The inline quoted mail in the answer is badly transcoded. This occurs when the
sender and the recipient does not have the same encoding.
For instance if I reply to a mail encoded in 8859-1 into UTF-8, I loose most
part of non-ASCII characters in my quoted answer.
