This one, is quite strange, because there's no clear information in
logs.
Please can you tell us if this is still an issue for you?
If so, please check your disk, because in your Dmesg log I can see
[ 612.874088] end_request: I/O error, dev sdb, sector 14871638
which can be an HDD error.
I'm going to mark the bug as 'Incomplete' to keep track on it. Please
feel free to mark it as 'New' if it still is an issue for you.
