I notice that this is an old bug. I would recommend this be fixed because if this is a common problem, it is quite an irritating one. I have been irked by this issue for several months now, and today I decided to do some digging. Others may not be able to fix it by themselves and this really results in a bad user experience. LinkedIn is a popular site.
