Public bug reported:
After activating Orca in 'System > Control Center > Personal > Assistive
Technology...' there is no entry under the 'Applications' menu. I don't
know if this is a bug or feature, but I don't think it makes sense only
being able to adjust Orca via the 'Control Center'.
