Public bug reported: I loop-mounted a backup image (created with dd) of an xfs filesystem, and did some copying, deleting. It all went well for some time, then suddenly mc reported some error and the image file has been umounted or something. I was unable to mount it again. Mount returned with a wrong fs type/bad superblock error, even if I specified xfs. Somewhere around this time I noticed the crash sign and reported it. I had two such files, one of them I managed to handle flawlessly, but with this second one I was unlucky. The files were ~10GB in size. They were located on a software raid volume.
