Hi! I don't think this is related to computer names. Can you please paste the content of the ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file?
You should have something like this: ness...@dali:~$ cat ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf [bandwidth_throttling] on = False read_limit = 0 write_limit = 0 If your config has on = True Please quit the client through the task bar, change the throttling setting, and start it again.
