I noticed a very similar problem: when I put the laptop to sleep, and later wake it up, it shows the desktop and then sleeps again, inmediatly. This happens sometimes 2 or 3 times until I can use the laptop again. It started to happen with 9.10, it did not happen with 9.04 or older Ubuntu releases.
The weird thing is that it happens too with latest version of Arch Linux. Maybe a kernel/drivers problem? It is a Samsung R50, old Centrino with Intel 915GM. -- Computer goes back to sleep upon wakeup, after unplugging from wall. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/480492 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
