Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

While working in the background and updating the Ubuntu One directory,
the application crashed. It does it regularely. Yesterday, it started
synchronizing the directory (containing roughly 20000 files), it crashed
after having processed about 200 files. Today, it started again from
scratch after rebooting. After 2 or 3 hours it crashed. Any time I
restart the application now, I receive the error message "There was a
fatal error in Ubuntu One. This may be a bug in the software. ...."

Is there a workaround?
