Binary package hint: interchange

According to the upstream changelog, 5.4.2 is mainly a bug fix release.
It's in Debian, so we just need to sync. There are also some bugs fixed in the 
packaging.

  * updated Swedish translation of Debconf templates (Closes: #375916,
    thanks to Daniel Nylander <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>)

    to Martin Sín <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>)
