Binary package hint: inkscape
Tested on Ubuntu 9.10 with Inkscape 0.47~pre4-0ubuntu1.
Inkscape should have a Text>Check spelling menu entry, but it doesn't.
Everything is ok when compiling it from SVN with libaspell installed.
