Problem fixed. It was my error, not a patch problem.
Some time before when i try configure rdesktop without raw mode, i comment one
string in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/altwin file:
key <LALT> { [ Alt_L, Meta_L ] };
That was a reason for strange scancode in XKeysymToKeycode(g_display,
XK_Alt_L)
