2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename'
or by checking in Synaptic.
Don't know which package is responsable for it.
3) What you expected to happen
When I plug in a card, SD or Memory stick pro, I expect it to become visible in
nautilus and on the desktop.
4) What happened instead
Nothing! I tried 'dmesg' and it gave no output.
