Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdepim
When clicking on an event in Month View of the Calendar, an incorrect
timezone is displayed in the detail panel.
My system clock is set to UTC and timezone is set to Europe/London both
at the console and in KDE.
The timezone drop-downs in the new event dialog displays, correctly,
Europe/London. and I would expect that any associated displays that
showed timezone information would use the one defined for the event.
In fact, when selecting the saved event on the calendar grid, the panel
displays the timezone as Europe/Guernsey.
