Finally ! It's from some weeks i noticed this. I was not sure. If i try to extract .themes i get permits error. But i extracted archive from root :-( I tried this with others archives and in more pc, and it is the same story. If i extract the archive from Window Manager Icewm, it works. The problem is just with Gnome.
