No news so far, but to be honest, I would not recommend to use Ubuntu One services yet. I have lost many files due to different bugs in Ubuntu One (lucky me - I had backups). At the moment I have switched to Dropbox - it also has 2 GB free and works without any problems on Linux, MAc and Windows. I'm going to keep eye on Ubuntu One and as soon as they will resolve the issues, I will come back.
