Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

This is a pretty weird bug that I imagine not a lot of people will come
across.

I'm running Kubuntu 9.10 with pulseaudio installed but not pulseaudio-
utils.

Suspend was being stopped according to /var/log/pm-suspend:
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/01PulseAudio suspend suspend: sudo: pacmd: command
not found

sudo: pacmd: command not found

Returned exit code 1.

This is obviously because pacmd is in pulseaudio-utils which isn't
installed as it's only a 'suggests'. Either this needs upgrading or the
script needs rewriting to take this into account, preventing suspend is
a pretty annoying side-effect.
