Same issue with me on my laptop. Regardless of how I configure it, after 5 minutes of activity with the power plugged in or running on battery, the screen blanks.
I have tried killing gnome-power-manager, same issue. Re-launching after kill, same issue. Screensaver is completely turned off, same issue. This is becoming quite an annoyance, especially when watching films. I don't want to keep getting up every 5 minutes just to move the mouse to reactivate the display. -- GNOME power manager doesn't respect "Put display to sleep when inactive for" setting https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/486985 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
