Hi Silas, If you quit the Ubuntu One client (right-click the on the client icon and select "Quit") and then start the client again (Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One) do the files sync for you from the server? Currently, you need to restart the client to see updates made via the web. We're working on addressing this soon.
