logari81 - the fact that your device doesn't work is a different problem
then the one you originally described, e.g., missing firmware. Your last
dmesg attachment in https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/linux-firmware/+bug/339548/comments/10 shows that the firmware is
loading. I also checked that its the correct binary from
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/p54#firmware for a 2.6.31
kernel.
