* debian/patches/41_fix_forcedsubsonly.patch: fix the forcedsubsonly
option. This fixes a problem with ogmrip always encoding with
subtitles. (LP: #458129).
* debian/control: Change build-dep libxvidcore4-dev to libxvidcore-dev.
