Hi Maxilen,
Actually, you need to do a system upgrade and then restart the Ubuntu
One client:
1) System->Administration->System Upgrade
2) Click the "Check" button
3) Click the "Install Updates" button
4) Quit the Ubuntu One client
5) Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One
