Hi Joe,
I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. In order
to help determine what the cause of this problem might be, can you
answer the following questions for me?
1) Are you using NetworkManager to connect to your network/Internet?
2) Are you behind a proxy server?
3) If you quit the Ubuntu One client and then do the following, can you report
the output here?
Applications->Accessories->Terminal, then run: ubuntuone-client-applet

cannot connect to ubuntu one from my install of ubuntu 9.10 on my machine. I
can login to my account via firefox however.
