Hi Raphael,

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you.
Fortunately, I think there is a workaround for this problem as I believe
it's related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences
are set to the defaults. If you delete
~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf and restart the Ubuntu One client,
that problem should be eliminated.

You are also affected by not running NetworkManager. It looks like
you're not using NetworkManager to connect to the network/Internet.
Fortunately, we have a fix you can try in our beta PPA. If you follow
the steps in the following FAQ you should be able to try out this new
fix: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/836

If this does not fix the problem, please report back here and let me
know what you are using to connect to the network/Internet.

Thank you,

Joshua
