Hi Raphael, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Fortunately, I think there is a workaround for this problem as I believe it's related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences are set to the defaults. If you delete ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf and restart the Ubuntu One client, that problem should be eliminated.
You are also affected by not running NetworkManager. It looks like you're not using NetworkManager to connect to the network/Internet. Fortunately, we have a fix you can try in our beta PPA.
