Dear Jena-Baptiste, Yes, it worked out well. After a lot of movement in the terminal it stopped. Later this week during/before an ordinary update of another package this package was installed then properly.
I work with a pretty old Acer travelmate c110. Installing the latest version (9.10) as an upgrade was not a real success yet. I'll try to make a clean install during my holiday at the end of the year and use 9.04 till then.
