Public bug reported:
After install of Kubuntu 9.10 many users had the same - you touch screen
brightness and system slows 15 times down. Most people 9including me)
before thought it's RAM or CPU overuse. No this is screen brightness. I
can just touch it via Function Key + Bright UP/DOWN and everything falls
down. Only rescue is hard reset.
