Thanks for reporting this issue. What is the problem with this
dependency?
If graphviz-cairo is a plugin for graphviz, I guess it does not work if
graphviz is not installed. Am I wrong? What exactly do you mean by "not
marked so" (the description suggests for me that it is a graphviz
plugin).
