Just had to do a killall nautilus and then a restart of the process as my system was becoming sluggish. sys mon was reporting nautilus using well over 600 megabytes of resident memory. After the restart, nautilus is back to 41 meg of resident memory.
(no applications in use other than compiz and a game of solitaire at the time of the issue.) This is a clean install of ubuntu 9.10 64bit. I just wanted to add that I'm seeing this as well. still. -- Nautilus memory leak on regular usage for long hours https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/417589 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
